System architecture responsibility for integrating modules into ServiceNow.
Design internal structures, workflows, and logic in collaboration with senior architects.
Manage both internal and external developers for development and projects.
Offer technical solution consulting for modules in coordination with senior architects.
Conduct software development, developer testing, incident analysis, and resolution, as well as Agile approach-based upgrades or changes to production solutions.
What we expect from you:
A Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Ideally, experience with ServiceNow in an enterprise/multiprovider environment.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and, experience with Angular, C#, and PowerShell.
Proficiency in relational databases (SQL).
Ideally, holds at least an ITIL Foundation Level certification in Service Management and is familiar with Agile development methods and DevOps. Excellent spoken and written English language skills are essential.
